  • Implement a data warehouse and business intelligence system into the company's organization with the skills to run all of the project management of this implementation, along with the technical understanding of all details and business requirements to know what will be necessary from a business side
  • Create automatic reporting systems and models for 3 different areas:   1) Web Analytics (everything involving understanding customer behaviour into the portal, conversion funnels and customer flows)   2)  Gaming analytics (everything involving understanding games performance and customer interaction with the games as revenue management of this games) 3)   Business analysis (Business econometric KPIs, virtual currency, pricing, revenue forecasting, etc.)
  • Manage a team of 2-3 experienced analysts.
  • Define business intelligence strategy
  • Identify, design and evaluate the needs of implementing a business intelligence system, then implement and project manage that system from the beginning to the final delivery. This would include a data warehouse with all of the data architecture, data mining capacities and a reporting system based on SQL extracts and automatic dashboards.
  • Create a battery of BSCs (balanced score cards) and dashboards per area in real time to ensure that all teams have the proper information they need at all time.
