Job description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled retention marketer to take on a challenging role, encompassing all aspects of leading the CRM/retention strategy and bits implementation.
This role reports to the Organization and Marketing Director, located in our Barcelona office with global scope. As a key member of the marketing team, you will partner with acquisition to ensure a holistic approach to customer acquisition and retention, maximizing the life time value and profits of our various customer segments.
Your role will involve:
- Developing and executing the Global CRM/retention strategy, campaign planning, set up and optimization, churn management, customer lifecycle management solutions and transactional emails
- Partnering with the CRM/Customer Service team to execute retention best practices, while adapting and customizing campaigns, triggers, and other customer touch-points
- Working closely with the acquisition, creative, analytics and development teams
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 5-10 years relevant work experience, including managing CRM/retention programs
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the email channel and other retention vehicles
- Strong English language skills are required. Portuguese and French language skills are a plus but not a requirement
